Where are my ticket numbers?

All purchased tickets can be seen on the screen when payment is complete. Confirmation of these ticket numbers are also sent out automatically via email. Please check junk/spam inbox folders incase they end up in there. Ticket numbers are also available to view within ‘My Account’ under my orders or my tickets. Tickets can also be crosschecked with the live entry list that updates upon every completed order. Entry lists are listed within each competition page or via our main menu.

What if all tickets don't sell?

We have guaranteed draws, guaranteed winners regardless of ticket sales. This means that even if only 10% of tickets sell for that particular competition, we will still draw a winner on the set date shown within each competition.

Where can I watch the live draw?

We announce all of our winners LIVE on our Facebook page for full transparency. Don’t worry if you’re unable to watch the live draw, they are saved on our website and remain on our Facebook page for you to go back and rewatch at any given time. Winners are contacted immediately, whether whilst live or after the draw has completed.

Postal Entry Route

If you wish to enter any of our competitions by post, then you must send an unenclosed postcard via stamped post stating: Which competition you would like to take part in, the answer to the question specific to that particular competition along with your personal details as follows, One Entry per Postcard;

Remember postcards must also contain the correct Answer to the question for the competition desired.

All details must be either typed or clearly written, we cannot enter you into a competition if the writing on your postcard is not legible. If we receive 1 postcard in the post containing multiple entries this will not comply with the terms and conditions. Entrants MUST have an active account on our website at the time the postal entries are processed, all details on postcards MUST match the name and address on the account to which they are to be added. All postal entries that meet the criteria will be processed at the soonest time possible.

The entrant completes their entry via a code sent to their email address entitling them to 100% off the value of postal order received. This is a one time use code and multiple codes will not be created if used in error. The code is entered at checkout, tickets will be sent out via email & will be visible to see in the My Account section of the website.

The competition you wish to enter
Your full name and postal address
Telephone number and email address
Your date of birth
Your answer to the competition question
